Future Valley Lutheran students and families,
High school is one of the most exciting times in a young person’s life. Friendships are made, futures are planned out, and a foundation is laid for the rest of your life. At Valley Lutheran we believe there is no better place to lay that foundation than at our school. We believe strongly in developing the whole person academically, physically, socially, and most importantly, in their faith in Jesus Christ.
Everything at Valley Lutheran is based on our belief in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. A strong foundation of faith is essential for our growth as we go through high school, college, and into our careers and adulthood. Life is full of difficult situations and decisions, and Valley Lutheran helps equip young people to make these decisions based on a strong foundation of faith. We believe it is important for us to help raise up the next generation of leaders in our community.
Valley Lutheran also has a long tradition of excellent academics. As a college prep school, we know it is our responsibility to make sure our students are ready to meet the academic challenges that await them on college and university campuses. It is our goal and expectation that every Valley Lutheran graduate will be able to attend and graduate from the college of his or her choice. We recognize that every learner is unique and skilled in different areas, and we work with all of our students individually to help them reach their full academic potential.
Finally, we believe Valley Lutheran is a place where students will have the best possible high school experience and gain the most from these years. Our students participate in music, drama, arts, athletics, student council and many other activities. In this small school environment, we know our students will make life-long friendships and experience all that high school has to offer.
